This year marks the 70th anniversary of Fusheng Group! Since its inception in 1953, starting as a small business specializing in repairing air compressors, the group has grown into a global leader in air compressors, the world's largest golf club head manufacturer, and Taiwan's first semiconductor lead frame manufacturer. "70" symbolizes not only the accumulation of years but also the unwavering commitment and relentless pursuit of excellence by every colleague, as well as a milestone in our journey towards an exceptional and sustainable future.

It all began with my father - the visionary founder of our group, Mr. Hou-Teng Lee. He was a man of integrity, diligence, and compassion for others, and his values deeply influenced me from a young age. He once said, "A company should give back to society and serve society. By running the company well, we can take care of more people and alleviate social issues." This guiding principle remains steadfast in my heart as I continue his legacy as a leader of the group.

During my teenage years, I interned in the factory workshop. I remember one day when a typhoon struck, and despite the harsh weather, all the employees courageously came to work. I, however, was absent, and that moment served as a humbling revelation - it was then I realized that our factory was not just a workplace; it was a home. Each employee selflessly devoted themselves to safeguarding the home that our founder had built with his hard work.

Later, I officially joined the company and began my journey in the workshop, gradually accumulating experience. Alongside my fellow colleagues, we ventured into unfamiliar territories, expanding our presence from Taiwan to mainland China, Asia, the United States, and Europe. Witnessing the sacrifices made by all our colleagues in different positions, I am grateful for their dedication and unwavering commitment, which has enabled Fusheng to flourish globally. This journey not only reinforces our business principles of "Pursuing excellence, enriching lives, being pragmatic, and striving for perfection," but also solidifies them as the DNA of every Fusheng employee.

On the occasion of our 70th anniversary, I am delighted to announce that we will host forums and exhibitions, inviting friends and partners from all walks of life to join us in reflecting on Fusheng's past, present, and future. With an unwavering dedication to our original mission, we will continue to develop more environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and high-quality products, leading the way as Taiwan's champion for a sustainable future.

As we celebrate 70 years of Fusheng's journey, we hold dear our founder's spirit of integrity, hard work, and compassion for others. Together, we embrace the boundless opportunities that lie ahead.
