  • Acquired the air compressor business of Elliott Turbomachinery to form FS-Elliott Co, marking the beginning of a new era and elevating Fusheng to a small group of manufacturers offering full range reciprocating, rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors, from 1 HP to 6000 HP.
  • Established a factory in Vietnam, expanding overseas production to Southeast Asia.

  • Acquired the American titanium foundry Coastcoast Corp., renamed to FS-Precision Tech, and gained entry to automotive and aerospace industry.
  • Fusheng was recognized by Forbes as one of the top 100 “Best Under a Billion” small/medium-sized enterprises outside the United States.

  • Acquired Curtis-Toledo, Inc., an American air compressor manufacturing founded in 1854, to gain further entry to the North American air compressor market. This company was later rebranded as FS-Curtis.

  • Collaborated with private equity funds, briefly leaving the stock market, and planned to reorganize the three major business organizations and expand the business scope.
