• Fusheng was founded.
• Fusheng was founded as a repair shop specializing in overhauling all types of air compressors from Europe, America, and Japan.

• Established a manufacturing plant to produce air compressors for commercial use.

• Liang Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded to produce and sell drilling machines.

1978

• Nelson Precision Casting Co., Ltd was founded (Sports Equipment Division) to manufacture golf club heads.

1981

• Tomson lndustrial Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on the production of wood golf club heads which made by wood.

1986

• Invested in and established Getmore Precision Co., Ltd., Taiwan's first IC lead frame manufacturer.

1990

• Fusheng invested in Conexpo Limited, Hong Kong, and subsequently established Zhongshan Worldmark Sporting Goods Manufacturing Factory.
• Liang Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. and Tomson Industrial Co., Ltd. have been merged into Fusheng Co., Ltd. and integrated into the Sports Equipment Division.

1991

• Established Sitron Precision Co., Ltd. in cooperation with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) to manufacture etched lead frames.

1992

• Zhongshan Worldmark Sporting Goods Co., Ltd. was founded.

1993

• Established an automated casting production line for golf club heads.
• Beijing Fusheng Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded.

1995

• Established a titanium alloy golf club head casting production line.

1996

• Zhongshan Fusheng Electromechanical Co., Ltd. was founded.

1997

• Listed on the stock market.
• Fusheng (Vietnam) Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

1998

• Fusheng became the supplier of golf club heads in the world.

2001

• Established the Electronic Division and acquired the Over-the-Counter listed company Getmore Precision Co., Ltd.

2002

• Acquired the Over-the-Counter listed company Sitron Precision Co., Ltd. and merged it into the Electronic Division.

2003

• Acquired the air compressor business of Elliott Turbomachinery to form FS-Elliott Co, marking the beginning of a new era and elevating Fusheng to a small group of manufacturers offering full range reciprocating, rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors, from 1 HP to 6000 HP.
• Established a factory in Vietnam, expanding overseas production to Southeast Asia.

2004

• Acquired the American titanium foundry Coastcoast Corp., renamed to FS-Precision Tech, and gained entry to automotive and aerospace industry.
• Fusheng was recognized by Forbes as one of the top 100 “Best Under a Billion” small/medium-sized enterprises outside the United States.

2005

• Acquired Curtis-Toledo, Inc., an American air compressor manufacturing founded in 1854, to gain further entry to the North American air compressor market. This company was later rebranded as FS-Curtis.

2008

• Collaborated with private equity funds, briefly leaving the stock market, and planned to reorganize the three major business organizations and expand the business scope.

2009

• Fusheng received the "Best Industry-Academia Cooperation Award" from the Technical Division of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan.
• Fusheng established FS-Pedro Gil blowers manufacturing plant in Shanghai, China (joint venture with Pedro Gil, Spain)

2010

• Fusheng completed the organizational restructuring, forming three major business entities within the group:

  # Fusheng Precision Co., Ltd.
  # Fusheng Electronics Corporation

2011

• Received government subsidy from the Ministry of Economic Affairs for their leading project for the development of energy-saving and environmentally friendly oil-free scroll air compressors.
• Zhongshan Longxing Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded.

2012

• Acquired the German air compressor manufacturer ALMiG, which was originally founded in 1923. This gave Fusheng further entry into the European market.

2013

• Received government subsidy from the Ministry of Economic Affairs for their leading project for the development of oil-free screw air compressors.

2013 - 2019

• Fusheng received multiple Taiwan Excellence Awards for the following products:
  
  # Two-stage screw heat pump compressors
  # Oil-free scroll air compressors
  # Two-stage screw air compressors

2014

• Became Taiwan's first air compressor manufacturer to pass energy efficiency testing by a third-party certification agency.

2015

• R1000 air compressor control system received an award.

2016

• Established the Fusheng Energy-Business Department to promote energy-saving and cost-saving initiatives.
• Received the 2016 Motor Industry Equipment Gold Award (Efficient Energy-Saving Award).

2017

• High-efficiency compressors qualified for up to 40% subsidy under the Ministry of Economic Affairs incentives for power and utility equipment.

2018

• Fusheng Precision Co., Ltd. was relisted on the stock market, making a comeback to the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE).
• Invested in NFT Technology Co., Ltd., an aerospace aluminum alloy casting factory, and became a qualified supplier for several international aerospace manufacturers.
• Invested in Zhongshan AuBo Precision Technology Co., Ltd. A golf accessory manufacturer, with MIM & CNC capabilities.
• Established the Jiangmen Factory, an electroplating facility for IC lead frames.

2020

• Fusheng HD Series vacuum distillation unit received the Environmental Equipment Benchmark Award.
• Invested in Minson Integration, Inc., the Global Premium brands of Winter and Extreme Sports Equipment OEM Manufacturer.

2022

• Received the Happy Enterprise Gold Award recognition.
• Collaborated with National Tsing Hua University to foster outstanding talents and assist Taiwan's hidden champions.
• Collaborated with the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) to develop critical domestic magnetic levitation centrifuge-related technology, successfully creating the first national supply chain for magnetic levitation centrifugal compressors and chillers.

2023

• Fusheng Precision Co., Ltd. ranked first in the 2020~2022 operational performance among the top 2000 companies listed in CommonWealth Magazine.
• Expanding into aerospace, automotive, and other new fields.
• Celebrating the 70th anniversary of Fusheng Group.
